FAQ's

1. How do I book a cottage? Phone 022 931 2945, if you don't get an answer - please try again later!

2. Do I need to book for camping? No, the campsite is large and bookings cannot be made.

3. Is there space in the campsite, even over the long weekend / easter / new years? Yes, and bookings cannot be made for camping...ever!

4. What are the prices for the cottages? Please view cottage information on the About page

5. Is there electricity in the campsite? No

6. Is there hot water in the campsite showers? Yes (most of them)

7. Can I bring my dog? Yes (if it's friendly!), entry for dogs is R30

8. Is there water in the pools? Yes!

9. Will my car make it? The road from the top of the pass is dirt and quite uneven, drive carefully especially in bad weather (rather don't bring your Porsche)

Directions

1. From Cape Town get Onto the N7 to Malmesbury.
2. Turn right at the PiketbergfPorterville intersection (R44)
3. Turn left at the T-junction (towards Eendekuil)
4. After 2.5 km turn right onto the Dasklip/Cardouw road.
5. Turn right onto the Dasklip Pass itself after 10 km.
6. At the top of the mountain, turn left at the Beaverlac Sign
